Winter is here, and you got to keep warm! Gone are the days of sleeveless tops and mini skirts. Well, if you are someone who thinks like this, then you haven’t fully uncovered the potential of layering. Of course, you may not be able to wear your sleeveless tops and mini skirts conventionally. But it’s still no good reason to replace your entire wardrobe with seasonal clothes and throw out the rest! That’s why you have to learn how to layer right.
As you can see, I am still using my summer crop vest top in winter. This might sound a bit mindless to someone who lives in Germany or Alaska. Given the temperature drops below the depths of a thermometer. But for those of us who quietly live in the blessed region of southeast Asia, where the cold isn’t as harsh as for those who live nearer to the north pole or the South Pole, this is still a viable option. Layer that vest top with a puffer jacket or a cardigan or a thick trench and you are good to go! And for the bottoms, choose something body-hugging over loose and airy trousers ( they are really for the summer ), and you are sure to stay warm this winter.
