Dear friend,

Today marks the first day of my blogging journey. A day I had been thinking of for the past couple of months, or you can say years because I have wanted to start a blog for quite some time now. I am writing this post-entry so years after when I look back to see when and how I started I can remember and say, ‘Ah! Dec 1st 2021, yeah that’s when I started the blog and I cannot believe I have come this far and met all of you!’ sounds a little surreal.

Why am I writing you ask? Good question! Writing has always been dear to my heart. I have found it easier to express in writing the things that are harder to be said. I guess all of us that read also read for the same reason. We find it hard to find people that share similar interests, so we go about finding and reading books and blogs that seem to share the same interest as we do and knowingly, or unknowingly we seem to find a friend in the writer. And I hope to be the same friend to you with this blog. I hope for this blog to be a creative outlet where we can come together to discuss finding beauty in simplicity. Finding aesthetics in all parts of life that not only make us beautiful from the outside but also from within.
